Helen Carr has been working as an organisational consultant since early 1994. She enjoys an excellent reputation for focusing people on the future, improving organisational performance, managing complex change and enhancing business capacity and results. 

Working with a diverse client base across the not for profit, private and public sectors, at local, state and national levels, she has worked with well over 130 organisations, with interests spanning the health, community support, community arts, recreation, consulting, construction, business recovery and service industries.
